Elder Ierotheos of Attica
This prophecy analysis is attributed to Elder Ierotheos of Attica, also known as the “Seer of Attica,” a living contemporary and blessed fool‑for‑Christ. Some people believe this analysis belongs to Elder Ierotheos of Naxos, the Cave‑dweller, who fell asleep in the Lord several years ago. Many in the Greek Orthodox community confuse the two, as both have spoken about similar matters. However, in this analysis, it is Elder Ierotheos of Attica.
“We will do this. This is currently a phenomenon that is very common in the summer, especially in the month of June. The dust is African and comes along with moisture from Libya and the Sahara. This powder has an amazing advantage for the Turks. It is full except only dust. It is full of moisture. This has the disadvantage for us Greeks that we will spot the Turks at ten meters distance. We won’t see them at all.”
Pilgrim: “So close?”
“Yes. And they don’t even get caught on radar. Because the radio waves blocked by moisture. Not from dust, from humidity, and radars emit radio waves. And you don’t see anything. And you don’t see anything. Neither visually, nor with radar, and you only see for that reason. Today a military guy came and told me you can only see ten meters with your eyes now. Beyond ten meters, no radar or anything. That is, the Turks as they will be in international waters…as soon as they see it in Crete. They will set up a fence. They will head north and enter from the beach they have planned, and we will spot them within ten meters.”
Pilgrim: “Do we have an army in Crete?”
“We have ten thousand troops and thirty thousand home guard. But until they get organized. To take up arms. To take positions. The first three days will be dark. Because we have the bad habit and we are disorganized we the Greeks. We are clumsy. We have weapons and Kalashnikovs and everything. Everything is organized, but it will take us a while to take positions, to organize ourselves. We have the disadvantage of being slow in organizing.”
Pilgrim: “What happens after three days?”
“They will invade for a while during the first three days. Little by little they will slaughter a lot of people because there are so many of them.”
Pilgrim: “They will sleep; they will be on vacation.”
“They will go on vacation, and they will see Turks advancing and they will slaughter them. The Greek army will counterattack. The counterattack will take place within three days. In the meantime, they will have slaughtered those they have slaughtered and then with the counterattack they will retreat. The Turks will lose and have an escape plan to escape through the narrowest part of the neck to Agios Nikolaos, where the movie Greece and the Boy in Crete was filmed. This place is in Agios Nikolaos.”
Pilgrim: “How did you say it?”
“The Neck.”
Pilgrim: “Neck.”
“Yes, in Agios Nikolaos it is the narrowest part of Crete. If you climb to the top of it. It’s night there. Looking south, you see the Libyan Sea and looking north, you see the Cretan Sea. It’s the old neck we’re talking about. He’s on the neck; he’s on the neck of Rethymno. I don’t remember where it is....in Lasithi.”
Pilgrim: “Lassithi, it is Lassithi.”
“Our right-hand…..and from there the Turks will enter, but they will leave beach by beach. Because the Greek army will persecute them.”
Pilgrim: “So they will cause great destruction.”
“Passing by the beach. There are disabled people, there are people who didn’t believe it, women, men who don’t believe it, they think of it as fairy tales and they won’t have time to leave. Because when the invasion takes place, the Turks will simultaneously bomb all of Crete.”
Pilgrim: “Airports, whatever.”
“They will do what we say. Always, in order for a landing to take place, they first drop bombs with planes like that, like what happened in Normandy. The Americans and the British dropped a lot of bombs, too. And then the troops landed, so Crete would be bombed all the way to the north, all the way to the major cities, to cause panic among the population and the power plants, dams, and refineries that it has in Crete would be hit. All of this will be hit immediately. There will be destruction, terrible destruction, and those who have not taken care to leave before the invasion will suffer because the Turks will slaughter them. Because they will have, and they will be furious that they will lose and the Turks are also barbarians. They will not respect women or children or anything, and until they leave, the Greek army will pursue them…. door-to-door to the beach until they are cornered, and straight for revenge and from above they will do harm. They will find children, women, old people, and so on. Many people will be killed there, as the old woman Galaktia said.”
Pilgrim: “The old woman Galaktia said it.”
“Yes, until those who survive the Turks, and few will survive, have taken their boats. Some boats, from those that don’t sink, will have gone to Agios Nikolaos. Their landing ships, some.”
Pilgrim: “Of the Turks.”
“The Turks should take their surviving soldiers and leave back to Turkey.”
Pilgrim: “So when we learn something about the Turks, we should notify.”
“If you see, Erdogan is the sign like this and... If you see Erdogan and he falls and the others take over, the boom boom with the Turks will immediately start. Because Erdogan doesn’t make war like this, deep down.”
Pilgrim: “Those who are here...”
“And military…. But if the Kemalists come out, within ten to fifteen days at most they will put it into operation…”
Pilgrim: “They are doing this as a counter-defense because Erdogan is…, he has roots inside so that they don’t go…”
“Yes.”
Pilgrim: “They will look to turn the world’s attention outward.”
“That’s what the Kemalists will do.”
Pilgrim: “Yes, the Kemalists”
“With the difference that they will strike, they will wage a war of distraction.”
Pilgrim: “Distraction.”
“They will strike all the borders they have with the Greeks, all the islands of Rhodes, Dodecanese that are nearby.”
Pilgrim: “That is, everywhere.”
“Everywhere. And whatever they can get. Because they want a small island to occupy. Then they are entitled to an EEZ and control over oil and so on. Let’s say they take Kastelorizo. For example, a small island. They will take the residents hostage, 500 residents who are also Greek. And they will say we want negotiations and we can take, let’s say, Kastelorizo and half of it… so that we can have an EEZ too. And we will be forced to retreat and so on.”
Pilgrim: “That is just what they want.”
“Meanwhile, this also benefits the Americans, because American companies will come to conduct oil exploration. They are doing the ancient Roman ‘Divide and Conquer’, which the English and Churchill used it and, now everyone else uses it. Some Roman general had said it from back then, I don’t know what it was. Since then, since antiquity, before Christ, it has remained as a dogma. That is. You have a large American company, and it is in your interest as an American company and the American government to exploit the oil and natural gas deposits. The Turks should have half, the Greeks half, because that way you negotiate better because they are separated. So he tells you that we don’t care if part of the deposits is owned by the Greek government and part of the deposits…”
Pilgrim: “They will leave Crete because Russia will hit them from above at the same time.”
“Yes.”
Pilgrim: “That’s why they will be forced to leave.”
“Yes, Russia will strike later. That is, the Turks will only capture some islet, some dry island, some Kastelorizo, some small island, and they will not be able to capture Crete and probably not even large islands, because even these are very powerful in defense.”
Pilgrim: “Yes, but we have those here who have it. They have weakened them, taken all the weapons and sent them to Ukraine.”
“No, we still have it.”
Pilgrim: “We still have.”
“These are exaggerations, that have. But the bad thing is that we also have a militia. That is, in Chios, where I was, there are two and a half thousand soldiers, and the militia is always three times that number. It goes by three, that is, two and a half thousand soldiers.”
Pilgrim: “Seven and a half.”
“Three twenty-five, seventy-five, seven and a half thousand people’s militia. Ten thousand. Ten thousand from day one. The bad thing is that we are slow to organize. There is panic. But anyway, we will organize, we will gather. And from there on, seeing the Russians that the Turks are going to come down, they will occupy some islands, small ones in the Aegean, tell you, “You’ve become very strong, sit down and gather yourselves a little.” And at the same time there is another one. They have said the following in the….doctrine, when they make war on us, they will close the Dardanelles.”
Pilgrim: “Bravo, that’s where they’ll be caught out.”
“And the Russian doesn’t want that. The Russian wants to go out on the road comfortably now that we have peace, he’ll tell them lads, move on this…or we’ll go at each other’s throats. They should….. be patient, so whoever is in the government, for a few days, because they want…and then they will open it. No, he (Russian) will say. Now they will open it. I want to go out. It is based on, the Russian. The Russians have a large base on Samos.”
Pilgrim: “In Samos?”
“In Samos.”
Pilgrim: “To us?”
“To us.”
Pilgrim: “Seriously? First time I’m hearing it!”
“Oh, this base is international. An international agreement has been made.”
Pilgrim: “Seriously?”
“They may have given way to NATO, but with the agreement that had been made in Yalta, Yalta means beach, in February of ‘45, when the war had already been decided and only the Japanese and the Americans and so on. Stalin, Churchill and Roosevelt gathered…. Roosevelt and they gathered in, in Yalta which means shore. It’s a small island in Crimea. It had the Greek name Gialos. It was founded by immigrants from…. which had been inhabited by ancient Greeks. Yalta in Russian, Gialos, in Russian Yalta. And in February of ‘45, these three great men who were also the modern judges gathered and the war had been decided, Hitler had died, and all that. The war had stopped in Europe. In Europe, they only fought in…. against the Americans. The fronts had been closed and gathered there and made an agreement. The Bulgarian…countries and the rest, Romania were also protected. Yugoslavia 50/50 Americans with Russians. We, Greece, were drawn, the pie was divided 90% English, but 10% percent Russian, and we have signed it. The files exist normally, so the Russians also have rights to… but small ones. That’s why an agreement was made between NATO and Russia for the Russians to have a small base in…the 10% we’re talking about in Samos and they have a small base. Which the Americans don’t touch…. a deal has been made, but you have supervision. Well, when the Dardanelles are closed. There, the bridges, the bridges and under which the ships pass, the Russians and the Americans, they will close all of them because they tell you there is a war now. The Russians will say open them, we won’t open them, open them and then the Russian fleet will come down and there will be chaos. Because Turkey will be attacked.”
Pilgrim: “Attack.”
“An attack on a NATO country. According to the NATO charter, all NATO countries are obliged.”
Pilgrim: “To fight Russia.”
“To fight against Russia. That’s 30 countries. The thousand-armed army that Cosmas the Aetolian speaks of will be gathered, they will also send out fleets and so on. Because we Greeks will have a war with the Turks. That is, the two NATO countries are fighting each other. The Greeks will not be able to send an army there. This is the NATO convention. But all the other countries that are not at war with Turkey, since a NATO country, Turkey, will have been attacked by the Russians, will pass through Greece and through other countries.”
Pilgrim: “To hit the Russians.”
“To hit the Russians. And because the GPS and all that will be broken, because in the event of war, the ground forces are hit...”
Pilgrim: “Stations.”
“Telecommunications stations because the satellites send messages through the OTE (telecommunications) tower that is on Parnitha mountain and things like that. If these big ones are destroyed, the mobiles won’t be able to communicate with each other. Because the satellite signal doesn’t go directly to the mobile phone. No.”
Pilgrim: “No, to repeaters.”
“In repeaters. The military has its own transmitters. NATO has its own ground-based transmitters that travel in cars. But it still won’t have a cell phone. Because the Parnitha tower is the first target that will be hit so that we don’t have cell phones. But now, even between them, they will work.”
Pilgrim: “The communication system is very large.”
“Only phones with old-style cables that don’t yet have touch screens like the one I showed you and explained to me, will work. The only phones that will work are in the villages that still have what’s their name?”
Pilgrims: “Fiber optics. Fiber optics.”
“Any phone with fiber optic or mobile.”
Pilgrim: “Bye, bye, forget it. Where are you….?”
“That’s why NATO will pass through here. That’s why Saint Kosmas the Aetolian says They will come in 3 places. It’s 3. The only ports in western Greece that can accept large NATO landing ships are Patras, with a port draft of around 25 meters. Igoumenitsa, which has a 15-meter draft and can accommodate ships with keel, and Navarino, where it is….and all these cities via the roads, the outside ones.”
Pilgrim: “Patras, Navarino and.”
“They are connected. Let’s say they all connect to the Egnatia Highway, and they will pass through the 3 places.”
Pilgrim: “That’s why he says 3 places.”
“They will all go up and out onto the Egnatia Highway and because the army’s GPS will be broken, the GPS which will be gigantic and the Russians may also be attacking the NATO army here and the units will not have mobile phones and that is why they will ask the world which way Costantinople is falling? And Kosmas the Aetolian says, “You will not tell them where it falls, because they are mercenaries.” And the mercenaries are scoundrels. They are a private army and the mercenaries only have… The mercenaries cause the greatest destruction. Those Franks who came in 1204.”
Pilgrim: “Crusaders.”
“Crusaders were mercenaries.”
Pilgrim: “Mercenaries.”
“Paid by the Venetians, by the…. Big roughnecks. They entered Constantinople.”
Pilgrim: “They behaved disgracefully.”
“Not to mention how many women were raped and how many children were raped and never mind that they stole all the holy relics and took them to Venice, and the Venetians have them and are proud of them. They stole the jewelry; they sold it to get rich. Let’s not even talk about it. It was a mess. They even took the priests’ vestments and made them into curtains.”
Pilgrims: “Uh, curtains?”
“Curtains, the priests’ vestments, the expensive ones because they were made of good fabrics. That is why the Franks caused much greater destruction in Constantinople in general than the Turks did after….. That’s why the old people used to say it’s better to have Turkish in the city than Frankish.”
Pilgrim: “There were two defeats in 1204 and the other the second.”
“In 1204 the first fall took place by the by the Venetians.”
Pilgrim: “The Venetians.”
“With Greek betrayal. Because castles fall from within. There was a certain Alexios Komnenos III.”
Pilgrim: “Yes.”
“God forgave him, an opportunist who wanted to become emperor and made a secret agreement with the Venetians. I will show you how to enter the City, I will leave the gates open for you, but with the difference that if you capture the City, you will make me emperor and I will pay you. Indeed, the Venetians entered. They tell him, “Thank you very much. We took the City, but now you have to give us the gold.” What you promised us. He says I don’t have it. The empire has become poorer. Don’t you have? I don’t have. They besieged everything, tore down the Doors of Hagia Sophia and took them to Venice. All of which were gilded doors. Everything was lost. Dog eat dog. And Komnenos died after a few years.”
Pilgrim: “He became emperor?”
“Because God didn’t like it. Of course, he didn’t like this betrayal. But he sold his homeland. He didn’t think about what the Franks would do. That’s why there’s always a Ephialtes and history has shown all castles; they are betrayed from within.”
Pilgrim: “What will the Russians do in the end?”
“The Russians will fight the Turks. And because the Turks also have a strong army, the Russians have three types of nuclear weapons: short-range, medium-range, and large-range, not small-power, medium-power, and large-power. In local wars they use low-powered ones so as not to get infected themselves and kill troops. They will have local impact. Let’s say, we know that.”
Pilgrim: “An entire division left.”
“A whole division is gone. A fleet of Turks will leave with a missile, but it’s not big enough to destroy a city like Constantinople. Small, low-power nukes will be dropped so that they don’t throw the other one.”
Pilgrim: “What Saint Joseph said that in 3 days, 700 million people will die.”
“This will be a war mainly in the Baltic Seas, there. There will be a war, but not with large nuclear bombs destroying New York, etc. There, then, Americans will also drop bombs on the Russians and both the American, and the Russian will be killed, but small nuclear bombs will fall from the South and from here and there…in large military units like those in Scandinavia, Sweden, and Finland. Finland has 1300 kilometers of border with the Russians. They have there. They have made military bases for NATO…and there will be chaos. Small nukes will fall both from the Russian side towards the American bases and from the American side towards the Russian bases. That’s why many millions of people will be killed. Because when a bomb falls on a base, even a small nuclear bomb, the residents there pay for it. I have friends, let’s say, who are in the army…there…If there’s a war, they’ll get caught in the crossfire they’re close. Or at the refineries of Aspropyrgos. The first target is the refineries and a bomb will be dropped……..Okay, so who wants to tell me….?”
The prophecy translation and the video were prepared by The Holy Wisdom and was uploaded first to the YouTube channel on June 31, 2026. I re‑uploaded this video on September 4, 2026 because in the first upload I mistakenly attributed it to Elder Ierotheos of Naxos, the Cave‑dweller, who fell asleep in the Lord several years ago. Many people in the Greek Orthodox community confuse the two, as both have spoken about similar matters. However, in this analysis is from Elder Ierotheos of Attica. I have spoken with a couple of his spiritual children, and they have confirmed me that it is indeed him speaking. They also told me that he does not feel comfortable being called a “Seer”; he does not consider himself anything special. They conveyed to me that he is clearly spiritually “High,” and that one feels genuine love simply by standing near him. He is approachable and closer to the spiritual perspective of Saint Porphyrios, who knew him, as well as Saint Eumenios Saridakis, who was his spiritual father. He also had a very good relationship with Gerondissa Galaktia. I wanted to correct the earlier mistake and clarify that this analysis concerning future geopolitical upheavals involving Greece, Turkey, NATO, Russia, and the wider Eastern Mediterranean comes from him.
